Clobetasol

Indications
Psoriasis, eczema, atopic dermatitis, allergic contact dermatitis.
How administered
Topical application. Typically applied to affected area once or twice daily.
Dosage supplied
Cream, ointment (0.05%), foam (0.05%).
Pregnancy / lactation
Pregnancy : Use only if clearly needed.

Betamethasone
Commonly used Corticosteroid for inflammatory conditions like eczema and psoriasis.
Indications
Eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, allergic reactions, and autoimmune skin disorders.
How administered
Topical application, typically once or twice daily. Can be applied as a cream, ointment, or lotion.
Dosage supplied
Ointment (0.05%), cream (0.05%), lotion (0.05%).
Pregnancy / lactation
Pregnancy: Use with caution in pregnancy.

Triamcinolone
Commonly used Used to treat inflammatory conditions like eczema, psoriasis, and allergic skin conditions.
Indications
Psoriasis, eczema, allergic contact dermatitis, and other inflammatory skin disorders.
How administered
Topical application. Apply a thin layer to the affected area 1-3 times daily depending on severity.
Dosage supplied
Cream (0.025%, 0.1%), ointment (0.1%).
Pregnancy / lactation
Pregnancy : Use as directed by a healthcare provider. Potential risks include systemic absorption.

Ketoconazole
Commonly used Antifungal treatment used for various fungal skin infections, such as athlete’s foot, ringworm, and seborrheic dermatitis.
Indications
Tinea corporis, tinea pedis, tinea cruris, seborrheic dermatitis, and dandruff.
How administered
Topical application. Apply once or twice daily to affected area.
Dosage supplied
Cream (2%), shampoo (2%), foam (2%).
Pregnancy / lactation
Pregnancy : Use only if the potential benefit
justifies the potential risk to the fetus.

Metronidazole
Commonly used Antibiotic and antiprotozoal used for bacterial vaginosis and rosacea.
Indications
Bacterial vaginosis, rosacea, and other infections caused by susceptible organisms.
How administered
Topical application. Usually applied once or twice daily for up to 2 weeks depending on condition.
Dosage supplied

Injection (200 mg/mL). Administered via subcutaneous injection.
Pregnancy / lactation
Pregnancy : Use during pregnancy only if clearly needed. Consult healthcare provider before use in lactation.
