- Fruit: ~15 g carbohydrate per exchange.
- Vegetable: ~5 g carbohydrate per exchange.
- Milk: ~12 g carbohydrate + ~8 g protein per exchange (fat/kcal vary by type).
- Fat: ~5 g fat per exchange.
